Return policy
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Approved returns are refunded as store credit issued by digital gift card.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- New, unworn, unaltered and unwashed
- Free from damage, stains, odours or other signs of wear
- Returned with all original tags attached
Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or store credit.
A discounted return label is available through our return portal for $15 USD. If you use our label and your return is accepted, the $15 USD label fee will be deducted from the value of your digital gift card.
Shipping
We ship worldwide via FedEx. All domestic (North America) orders are shipped with FedEx. Orders are processed within 72 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).
We Cover Duties, Taxes, and Brokerage Fees on All Orders Shipped to the USA
There are no additional charges upon delivery—what you see at checkout is what you pay.
Shipping is a flat rate of $5 for orders shipped within Canada, $10 to the United States and $25 for the rest of the world.
